1. Emali Integrated Livestock Project
Full turnkey project for a Halal compliant red meat abattoir that meets The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) – Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain.
Emali Integrated Livestock Limited currently controls about 36 percent of the chilled Halal compliant red meat export and 100 percent of live animal sales to the Middle East.
Strategically located along the Nairobi–Mombasa Highway, the project will enable efficient livestock aggregation from Kajiado, Makueni, and Taita Taveta
Project aims to vertically integrate agribusiness platform for livestock processing and value addition, with a combined abattoir, feed mill, cold-chain, and logistics infrastructure in one site
The Emali Integrated Livestock Project is a USD 36 million agribusiness initiative designed to reposition Kenya’s livestock sector from fragmented trade to structured, value-added production
The development integrates three core components within a single 50-acre site including a modern abattoir with capacity to process 300 large ruminants and 4000 small ruminants, capability to slaughter, cutting & deboning, and byproduct processing equipment, refrigeration, blast freezing, chilling & packaging, and storage, a 10-ton-per-hour feed mill to stabilize input quality and reduce costs and a cold-chain and logistics infrastructure to support domestic distribution and export markets
Additional facilities include a modern livestock market yard with holding pens and veterinary inspection units, a structured livestock fattening unit to improve carcass weight and margins, and a tannery and by-products processing unit to maximize value recovery

4. ITB FLOUR MILL MACHINERY AND GRAIN PROCESSING CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT
Proposed investment is an up to US$12 million loan to *** Flour Mill Limited project for the expansion of its milling capacity from 150 metric tons (MT) of wheat per day to 450 MT and (ii) storage capacity from 8,400 MT to 28,400 MT at its factory in Kenya.
5. GAS PLANT EQUIPMENT AND HEAVY FUEL OIL (HFO) BLENDING EQUIPMENT
A South African based emerging oil and gas company specializing in the midstream and downstream sectors, focusing on fuel storage, retail petrol stations, and commercial fuel supply is currently in the process of sourcing an Environmental Impact Assessment for the purpose of constructing a gas plant.
Key operations include developing a 90-million-litre fuel depot, managing retail convenience stores, and distributing wholesale lubricants and LPG.
Interested in sourcing Heavy Fuel Oil (HFO) blending equipment; for both the construction of the plant and the equipment that would be used for production.
Additionally, need for sourcing fuel tankers that conform to European and South African standards.
